Electric Spindle Motor Maintenance

1-The frequency of the medium frequency power supply should be matched with the electric spindle motor specifications, the spindle speed can be adjusted by

change the frequency, while also in proportion to the voltage.

2-Avoid any impact accident between the spindle nose and the workpiece.

3-If the electric spindle motor is suspended for use, blow dry the coolant water inside the tube to prevent rust and jam, protect it with rust preventing oil

and put it to the dry place.

4-It is better not to dry run the electric spindle motor, check the coolant is in good condition or not before running.

5-Replacement bearings should be fully cleaned without removing the stator coil, it is recommended to do it with built-for purpose tools by professional

technician.
