Q: Alarm 421 and 422 are displayed on GSK 980 TD CNC controller, we tried to use Over-travel-release to remove the alarms and to move the carriage, but failed. The 421 and 422 shows as soon as turn on the power of X and Z drivers.

A: 421 and 422 alarms means the problem from the X and Z axis drivers, please check if there is any alarm code shows on the driver, if not, this could be wiring or GSK 980 TD parameter setting.
