The HEIDENHAIN LC185 scale is used as a feedback device for both the X and Y axes, which effectively improves the accuracy of the machine.
Write the ladder diagram to realize the control logic of the Italian OMG turret, set the boring tool number, and perform the parity detection on the tool number. When the target tool number is the file, when the turret is loosened, the spindle is reversing for condition judgment, which solves the problem that the tool tip direction is inconsistent when the boring tool retracts;
