How to protect CNC machines during a typhone

There are several typhoons in a year that ravage the land. How do the machine tools in your factory resist typhoons? Isn't it just not taking any precautions?

Before the typhoon comes: comprehensively check the safety and firmness of all areas of the factory, including workshop doors and windows, open-air sheds, various open-air shelves or items installed on walls, rainwater drainage systems, various ditches, power circuits and switch boxes.
 
Focus on the inspection of the material safety of the factory material warehouse, especially during the typhoon accompanied by heavy storms and strong convection, and the warehouse should be waterproof and moisture-proof.
 
Comprehensively check the firmness of flowers and trees in the green belt, including various potted plants, landscape trees, and street trees.
 
It is necessary to check the safety of the periphery of the factory, mainly when there are large rivers or mountains and slopes in the periphery of the factory to prevent secondary disasters caused by typhoons and heavy rains.

1. Mechanical part
 
1. Thoroughly clean the machine tool and its components, be sure to rinse the remaining sand, it is necessary to disassemble, clean and fully dry;
 
2. Fully lubricate after drying to avoid corrosion and affect accuracy;
 
3. Replace the lead screw and bearing.
 
Second, the electrical control part
 
1. Disconnect all power supplies;
 
2. Remove the electrical components in the entire electric box, clean them with alcohol, and fully dry them;
 
3. Carefully inspect the circuit, system interface and other parts (try to rewire) to avoid short-circuit failure;
 
4. Inspect the completely dry electrical components separately, and install them for use only after they are intact.
 
Three, hydraulic part
 
1. The motor oil pump cannot be turned on, because the water in the hydraulic oil may enter the hydraulic piping system of the machine after turning on the motor, causing the metal hydraulic components to rust;
 
2. Replace all hydraulic oil. Wipe the oil tank clean with washing oil and clean cotton cloth before changing the oil.
 
4. Servo motor and control system
 
1. Remove the battery of the system as soon as possible, clean the electrical components and circuit boards with alcohol, dry them with air, and then dry them for more than 24 hours;
 
2. Separate the stator and rotor of the motor, and dry the stator winding (it can be professionally repaired for the motor, or you can use a 100W incandescent lamp to go deep into the motor shell for about 8 hours), and the insulation resistance must be ≥0.4MΩ , After the motor bearing is removed and cleaned with gasoline, check whether it can be used, otherwise replace the bearing of the same specification;.
 
After the above parts are processed, re-assemble the parts and power on and test the machine.
