The location page display of the 218MC system provides customers with a convenient, concise and intuitive operation interface. The location page display is described in detail below:
Press the location key to enter the location page display. The location display page has five interfaces: [relative coordinates], absolute coordinates], [integrated], [program monitor], and [monitor], which can be viewed through the corresponding soft keys, as follows:
01 relative coordinates
Press【Relative Coordinate】soft key to display the current tool position in the relative coordinate system (see Figure 3-1-1-1).
In the relative coordinate interface, press the [Operation] soft key, [Relative Zero] will make the relative coordinates all zero.
Press [Time Switch] to switch the display in [Universal Time], [Cutting Time], [Cycle Time], [Power-on Time], and [Run Time].
02 absolute coordinates
Absolute coordinates: Press the [Absolute coordinates] soft key to display the current position of the tool in the absolute coordinate system, see Figure 3-1-1-2.
03 General
Press【Integrated】soft key to enter the interface, which can display at the same time:
Position in relative coordinate system;
Position in absolute coordinate system;
The position in the machine coordinate system;
Offset (displacement) in the interruption of MPG;
Velocity component
Remaining movement amount (displayed only in automatic, entry mode and DNC mode). The display page is shown in Figure 3-1-1-3.
Press the [Operation] soft key in the integrated interface and press [Relative Zero] to reset all coordinates.
Press【Operation】softkey in the integrated interface, and press【Interrupt Zero】to clear the MPG interrupt coordinate system.
Press the [Operation] soft key in the integrated interface and press [Middle Disconnect/Off] to control the MPG interruption function on and off.
04 way of supervision
Press the [Program Supervisor] soft key to enter the [Program Supervisor] interface. In this interface, the absolute coordinates and relative coordinates of the current position, the modal information of the current running program and the running program segment can be displayed at the same time, as shown in Figure 3-1-1 -4.
Note 1: Whether the mode is displayed in the program monitor display interface can be passed parameter NO:
23#6 setting. When BIT6=0, the interface does not display the modal code, and displays the machine coordinate value at the original position.
Note 2: In the four modes of <zero return><single step><manual><hand pulse>, the intermediate coordinate system is a relative coordinate system; in the three modes of <automatic><entry><DNC>, the intermediate coordinate system For the remaining amount of movement.
Note 3: Press the [Operation] softkey in the program monitoring interface and press [Teaching On/Off] to control the MPG teaching function on and off.
05 Monitoring interface
When the system selects the Ethernet bus communication method, press the position key to enter the position page display, press the [Monitor] soft key to enter the [Monitor] interface, in this interface, the current position of the machine tool coordinates, multi-turn position, encoder can be displayed at the same time The value, grating position, motor speed and motor load (%, meaning percentage of rated load) through this interface are convenient for machine tool debugging and real-time monitoring of the current running status of the servo. The display page is shown in Figure 3-1-1-5.
