AC Servo Drivers Err11 Alarm

Problem: When the machine move the X axis a little bit, there is X axis alarm displayed on CNC controller screen, and the DA98A AC servo driver shows Err11 alarm.

To identify the problem we changed the Z axis AC servo driver to replace the X axis driver, but the same result. From http://www.CNCmakers.com

So we make sure it is not AC servo driver’s problem, keep checking the AC servo motor, and found that the insulation value of U,V,W and PE are decreased, should be the cutting oil splashed into the motor, which caused the insulation down and the driver alarm, after change the AC servo motor, the CNC lathe machine resume to work.
