AC servo driver suddenly black out during the machining, machine stops and there is alarm on the CNC controller.

Solution:

1-      Check the driver

2-      Check the AC servo motor connector or cables

3-      Any problem of the AC servo motor?

4-      Any open circuit of the driver?

In this case we found out the connector of the AC servo motor was burned, change it the problem solved.
