We are having problems with this driver, it shows an alarm err-32 when we make a move bigger than 2 mm, do you have any idea of the reason? the problem is in the servodriver or in the servomotor? is it a problem with parameters?

1-The motor feedback plug is firm or not?

2-The cable is broken or not?

3-Or the encoder has problem itself.
