Q: We are transferring CNC programs from PC to GSK 980TD and GSK 980TDa, with same cable, same PC and same software, the baud rates and port also the same, problem is some system can be transferred successfully, but some failed, why?

A: Please check the cable, sometimes the cable is too long may affect the stability.
