CNC communication alarm appears when the CNC controller connecting to the laptop, the laptop shows: communication not ready, neither input or output.

We should check below:

1-      The communication cable is broken or not?

2-      Any problem of the CNC controller communication port?

3-      The communication setting of CNC and laptop are correct or not?

4-      Any problem of the USB cable?

5-      The USB port and CNC communication port are set matched or not?

The user use PC to communicate with the CNC controller before without any problem, that means the problem should be come from the CNC communication operation or port setting, and could be USB drive not installed or the laptop port and CNC communication port not match.

In this case we checked out the USB port was not set to match the CNC communication port, change the setting then the problem solved.
