CNC control system kits for milling machines or machining centers

Normally a complete CNC control system kit for milling machines or machining centers should include below items:

1-      CNC control system for milling machines or machining centers (normally 3 axes or 4 axes or 5 axes )

2-      AC servo motor & driver for X axis

3-      AC servo motor & driver for Y axis

4-      AC servo motor & driver for Z axis (some require brake for big motors)

5-      AC servo motor & driver for A axes(some may have C axes)

6-      AC servo spindle motor & driver (some use frequency spindle motor)

7-      ATC (if it is machining centers)

8-      Isolating transformer (also call segregated transformer, in China transforming the input voltage from 380V/3phases to 220V/3phases for CNC controller and AC servo motor & drivers)

9-      External MPG(also call handwheel or pendant)

10-  Softwares for CNC system like communication software, PLC editing software, ladder editing software and DNC software, etc. not all CNC controllers have this, depends on the models. From www.CNCmakers.com

11-  All cables for connecting the CNC controller to AC servo motor & drivers, spindle motor and driver, MPG, etc.

12-  User manuals for CNC control system, AC servo motor & drivers, spindle motors, ATC, etc.

It is not all the cases will need all above items, sometimes only require some of them, depends on the CNC milling machines or machining centers to be installed, rebuild or retrofitted.
