A CNC machine with SIEMENS 802D CNC controller, move X axis under JOG mode, the coordinate on the controller screen are moving, but the machine no response.

Siemens 802D is semi-close-loop CNC controller, we should check the motor is running or not in such case, to confirm the problem come from mechanical or electrical.

In this case the X axis motor is running, which means the problem comes from mechanical parts. Then we found the AC servo motor of X axis is not connected well with the coupling of the ball screw, fix it then the machine back to normal.
