CNC screen flickering

Q: Sometimes the screen of the GSK 928TEII is flickering and the keyboard lights are all on, this happened when the CNC system is stand by caused it could not be operated, or this happened during machining then the work stop. Sometimes the keyboard lights flickers as soon as turn on the power and there is crackling noise come out from the electric cabinet, what’s the problem?

A: All the information indicates there must be circuit shortage, you can check it by smell and multimeter.
