I have purchased a cnc wood lathe from Style cnc with the 1000TC Controller. The manual is translated very badly, and sometimes not at all. Do you have a manual for the 1000TC that I can download? Thank you for your help.

 

It has the 1000tc controller on it. Can I attach the LD4-CK6125 (HAK 20136-57) Four Station Tool Post HAK20, to this machine?   I know I will have to build an adaptor, that is no problem. Will the controller operate the lathe and the turret as well? Thank you,

Thank you, will this manual work with my 1000TC? It looks different.  What commands do I use to set the spindle speed? I am working on getting the Tool Post ordered, may have to set you up as a vendor in our system. Thanks again, David.

Yes, it is a little different, but the 1000TC has no English manual.

For spindle speed you can use S command.

CNC wood lathe from Style cnc with the 1000TC Controller User:

The 1000TC we have does not seem to have a COM port as in the manual you sent.   When we use the ‘S’ command there is no speed change on our lathe.  It does not appear to be connected.  The only port we have is ‘MPG’ #31.  Is there any other way to connect controller output to the VFD of the lathe spindle?

Dear Mr. King Huang, you must not be angry with us, but we took the controller apart and found where the CN 51 socket should go, so we installed it. We still need to test it, but the machine is working properly. Thank you for your help and understanding. I ordered the toolholder today, so I am sure I will be looking for more help soon, take care
