We have a problem on servo drive model DA98A-35A (V3. 10  date 12/2007) , once we enable the servo drive we get err 7 on the screen.

The error is not explained in the DA-98A servo manual.

All the connections are ok, we replaced this drive with another unit of exactly the same type and it’s working without problem

Please inform us what is this error meaning and how to resolve the problem.
