Baoji Zhongcheng Machine Tool CJK6140H User,

Hello CNCmakers team, we bought a CJK6140H CNC lathe machine from Baoji machine tool works few years ago, now the DA98A AC servo driver on it alarms ERR 9 as soon as the enable signal is connected, the input power is AC 220V/3 phase, control power 220V and 24V, encoder cable is connected, servo alarm signal ALM can output, but the servo ready signal SRDY can not output, what would be the cause?

ERR 9 is about encoder, could be the encoder inside the motor is broken, could be cable issue too.
