Related with this servo amplifier GS4150Y-NP2, it is probable that we have anticipated a failure that we have in the speed control of the spindle and we have thought that the fault is on the drive.
 
This is the fault:
When we commanded 100, 200 or any value speed  for the spindle, always the spindle start at low speed  (very low speed) a few seconds later, the drive GS4150Y-NP2 stops the speed signal and a message on CNC Display shows DRIVE NOT READY.

Into the drive is displayed Err-06,
 
Already we reviewed the Parameter 1 and the value is according with type of motor, we checked the mechanical condition on motor and spindle and we don’t detect any blocked or mechanical jam.
 
Under this circumstance, we are thinking the problem could be the encoder of spindle motor
 
Could you give us your opinion?
 
Of course the amplifier purchasing is important to us but maybe the problem could be solved with the encoder.
