Hello sir, we have purchased GSK218MC-H with GS2075Y-NP2-ZJY265A-7.5BM-B3A2Y1-L recently.
Now the spindle driver shows Err-1 and Err-27.
1- The input power is correct, 215V/3phase
2- PA54=6000   PA57=200   PA58=400  PA1=525  PA52=6000
3- Already id EE-DEF initializing, but problem still existed.
4- The encoder signal is fine by checking diagnose.
We doubt that the spindle driver has problem itself.

 

CNCmakers Support:
As the the spindle motor has upgraged to A2 type with 5000 lines encoder (the earlier version is 1024 lines)
The PA1 need to be added 100 based on earlier value on user manual.
Take ZJY265A-7.5BM-B3A2Y1-L for example,
For ZJY265A-7.5BM-B3Y1-L, the PA1=525
But for ZJY265A-7.5BM-B3A2Y1-L, the PA1=625

Before setting the PA1, need to input password first, that is PA0=1221.
Then set PA1=625
Do EE-DEF and save.
The problem will be solved.
