Err14 AC servo driver brake alarm

Causes:

1-      The braking resistance cable inside the AC servo driver is dark or broken.

2-      Internal braking transistor or braking resistance broken.

3-      Start and stop the machine too frequent.

Solutions:

1-      Reconnect the braking resistance cable.

2-      Reduce the loading inertia.

3-      Decrease the start and stop times, or increase the deceleration time.

4-      Change the AC servo driver or send back for repair.
