Alarm Analysis & Maintenance Case

Phenomenon:
After releasing the emergency stop button, the machine remains completely unresponsive.

Possible Causes Based on Alarm Messages:
Abnormal KA12 relay on the I/O board
Emergency stop circuit malfunction

Troubleshooting Steps:
1.Checked the PMC emergency stop signals G8.4 and X8.4 — no signal change observed.
2.Inspected the emergency stop circuit and found that the external emergency stop jumper was missing.
3.After shorting ESP-RST23a and ESP-RST23b, then releasing the emergency stop button, the AC contactor in the electrical cabinet engaged, power was restored, and the alarm cleared automatically.
