Solution to FANUC SV0430 servo motor overheat alarm
Cause of alarm SV0430 (servo motor overheat):
This alarm is caused by the temperature detection element in the encoder. When the motor temperature is too high, an alarm will be triggered.
Troubleshooting ideas:
1: Check the parameter problem. Please reinitialize the servo motor. It is best to check carefully against the parameter list.
2: Check diagnosis No. 308 to see if the actual temperature is too high. You can use hand touch and other methods to check. If the actual temperature is not high, please check the hardware.
3: If the actual temperature basically meets the diagnostic data, please check the cause of the motor temperature being too high. When checking the hardware, you can replace the encoder, motor, feedback cable and amplifier for troubleshooting.
4: The alarm can be shielded by parameter 2300#7 for a short time. |
