CNC lathe machine with Fanuc PM0 CNC system, Not Ready alarm occurs when turn on the power or during the machining, the problem could disappear after restart the power.

When the alarm occurred, the alarm light of the AC servo driver is on, it means the AC servo driver could having some problem.

Change the same model driver from other machine, then find out the two machines are fine, this means the AC servo drivers are good, but the same problem come again after a few days.

It should be installation or connection problem, uninstall the drivers and clean them up, re-install them to the machine, the problem solved.
