GS3000Y and ZJY Spindle Motor User: Hope you are fine ! I’am busy installing your spindel motor and drive on a machine, without Your CNC. The Spindel drive is a GS3000
I have connected Plug CN1 39 to 24VDC 23 to 24 VDC 20 to 24 VDC 5 to 24VDC 24 V to 0DC ( Com ) The VCMD + Analog command VCMD- My problem is that the motor does not go to rotate. Lamp charge is ON Lampe power is ON On the display have r 0 and while turning the motor, the rpms are counting. The motor was performing beforer with the CNC
Question what is missing ? Can you please advise me ?
CNCmakers Support: Following you may find the connection and settings. CN1 - 39 feet ---> +24V CN1 - 23 feet ---> 0V CN1 - 34 feet ---> 0V CN1 - 24 feet ---> 0V
Parameter PA4=1 Motor will rotate automatically after power on PA6=2 PA126 is speed EE - SET to save the changes.
GS3000Y and ZJY Spindle Motor User: I have set the Parameter as on your instructions.PA4=1 PA6=2 PA 126=1000. Have connected CN1 39 – 24V+ and CN124-0V . By giving a low value 3,0V on 44 – 14 nothing happened ! I think according to other motors, by setting Signal SON Pin 23 the motor should be in regulation. While turning the motor, the rpms are mowing on the display. Remember this motor was rotating properly with your CNC. What else has to be set ?
CNCmakers Support: You measure the 0V and the result is 3.0? it is too high. After setting, please save with EE -SET, and then turn off the power, then restart. It seems the 34 feet is not connected, and your connection could have poor contacts, can you weld them?
GS3000Y and ZJY Spindle Motor User: Thanks for the message, Yes i have saved the parameters with EE-SET, accordingly to the instruction. Regarding the Analog Speed VCMD + and VCMD – have a Voltage of about 3,0 VDC. On CN1- pin 39 + 24VDC comming from a power supply, and have connected 0V on CNC pin 24. What else is missing ?
CNCmakers Support: CN1 - 39 ---> +24V CN1 - 24 ---> 0V CN1 - 23 ---> 0V(ENABLE) (Valid with 0V) CN1 - 20 ---> CW CN1 - 5 ---> CCW (Valid with 0V) CN1 - 44 ---> VCMD+ (0~10V) CN1 - 14 ---> VCMD- (0V) PA4=1 PA6=2
Enable signal SON can be controlled with a switch, the ENABLE signal must be connected
