GSK 980MDc CNC Controller LCD Screen Display Problem

GSK980MDc User:
We have the following problem with our CNC 980MDc:
At turn ON, we obtain a black screen and second later starts cycling between black and white screen for 20 minutes aprroximately , then the screen stay white but without any data or characters. Could you help us with some suggestion about the origin of this failure and its possible solution?
The motherboard model is : 980TDC-02-802

CNCmakers Support:
1- Please unplug the input and output cables from the GSK980MDc, and see if works or not?
2- Or take out the GSK980MDc, only connect to the power cable, and see if it works or not?
If it is working, then could be outer 24V short circuit.
If not, then it could be I/O board or the mainboard is broken.
3- The Power supply GSKPB2 of the GSK980MDc could be broken.
