GSK980T no-block reference point setting:
Parameter 1002#1 =1 No-block reference point setting function is valid (all axes)
1002#3=1 When the reference point is not established, P/S alarm occurs when using G28 to return to zero
1005#1=1 No-block reference point setting function is valid
1300#6=1 After LZR is powered on and before manually returning to the reference point, the first stored stroke detection is not performed

When the system sets the setting function of the reference point without block to be effective, the machine tool can return to the reference point position without installing a deceleration switch. When the tool returns to the reference point, the reference point return completion LED light is lit and the coordinate system is automatically set.
Setting method:
1. The machine tool feeds along each axis in the reference point return direction so that it stops near the reference point to be set, but does not exceed the reference point position.
2. Press the reference point return button, and the ZRN signal is set to 1.
3. Press the corresponding feed axis and direction selection button for the reference point return, and the corresponding feed axis and direction selection signal JX is set to 1. Start the reference point return operation.
4. The tool moves to the reference point in the direction set by parameter 1006#5 (ZMIX) and the FL speed set in parameter 1425.
5. When the system detects the first PC signal of the motor, set the reference point return end signal ZPX to 1 and ZPZ to 1. The LED light indicating the completion of the reference point return is lit, and the reference point position setting is completed. When the blockless reference point return method is used, it only needs to be set once. In the future, it is not necessary to perform the zero return operation every time the machine tool is powered on. Because the motor uses an absolute encoder, the reference point position can be memorized after setting it once, and it has a power-off retention function. The GSK980TDb system uses a block-based reference point setting. It is necessary to perform the zero return operation every time the machine tool is powered on.
