Use the specified machine tool and system configuration processing (with Baojia V6C;
The mechanical hand replaces the manual loading and unloading, and completes the specific curve bending of the aluminum pipe on the bending machine;
Compatible with 2 kinds of straight pipes and 3 kinds of special-shaped pipes, the workpiece has asymmetry of turning, and the direction needs to be judged when loading;
After the bending of the first few workpieces is completed, check that the workpieces are qualified on the corresponding check fixture.

32 types of cover plates, 9 types of sealing plates, and 5 types of iron bottoms are compatible on the corresponding production lines.
