How to deal with scratches when machining holes in CNC machining centers

It is a very convenient way to use CNC machining centers to process hollow workpieces. This method of machining holes can make the position of the holes more accurate, more precise, and more efficient. For apertures with low precision requirements, this problem can be ignored. If scratches occur during machining of some processes and high precision, try to deal with them from the following points.

Picture

1: Is the parameter setting unreasonable? Can the machining parameters be changed?

2: Check whether the process selection is correct. The best way to prevent scratches is to use boring instead of drilling.

3: First look at the process diagram to see the thickness of the workpiece to be machined by CNC. If the thickness is thick, use a reamer to ream it.

4: Check the water outlet speed and water volume of the spindle coolant to see if the iron chips cannot be discharged due to this reason. It is also necessary to observe whether the speed during machining in the CNC machining center is too high.
