I. Battery description Function: When the machine tool is powered off, it is used to maintain the storage of parameters and programs.
Working life: 5 years (calculated from the battery production date) Working voltage: 3.6V
Low voltage prompt: 2.8V (it takes about 100 hours from the prompt voltage to the warning voltage. Please replace the battery during this period)
Low voltage warning: 2.6V (data may be lost)
Alarm number: #52 battery warning
II. Battery replacement
In case of power failure, the replacement is completed within 30 minutes
1 Turn off the NC power supply and main power supply:
2 Open the front cover of the NC unit;
3 Remove the battery from the battery bracket on the power board:
4 Pull out the battery connection plug;
5 Plug in the plug on the new battery;
6 Install the new battery in the battery bracket;
7 Close the front cover of the NC unit;
8 Turn on the main power supply and NC power supply to confirm whether the machine tool starts normally.
Note: Please back up the data before replacing the battery. Do not short-circuit, charge, heat, incinerate or decompose the replaced battery.
3. Power board fault judgment
Use the DCIN and DCOUT indicators to judge whether the power board is faulty.
4. Power board fault phenomenon and countermeasures
A. The PSEMG (red) indicator on the power board is on
The emergency stop button connected to the EMG is valid, or the EMG connector is disconnected to release the emergency stop button, or check the EMG connector.
Note: Emergency stops are divided into external emergency stops and internal emergency stops. When the PSEMG indicator is on, it can be judged as an external emergency stop.
B. The BATALM (red) indicator on the power board is on
When the battery voltage connected to the BAT of the power board drops to 2.8V or lower, the indicator lights up.
Replace the battery.
