11. For No. 3 thread cutter (turn the tool holder to T30):
 
The method is the same as for No. 1 and No. 2 knife. Note that when facing the Z direction, since the annual tool tip is 60 degrees, the tool tip cannot touch the end face lightly.

13. Tool setting of workpieces of different lengths
 
Example: Originally the workpiece clamp length was 80mm or any length during tool setting. Now the workpiece clamp length is 40m. The tool should be re-calibrated during processing.
 
 
 
 
14. Modify knife compensation:
 
1. In order to prevent the outer circle car from being small, the diameter size of the drawing should be pre-0.3, the modification method is: cutter compensation one cursor moves to the required number input -.3 rewrite
 
2. If the outer circle is still larger than 0.32, the modification method is:
 
Move the cursor to the tool number for tool compensation 1.
 
Five, program tool graphics dry run: automatic dry run Guoshu ring start (press T twice to switch graphics and trajectory graphs)
