When the parameter PKY of No.3299.0 is 0, the parameter protection is determined by PWE=1
When the parameter is 1, the parameter protection is determined by the signal G46.0 KEYP
At this time, we need to analyze the ladder diagram to query the control of the G46.0 signal, and make the G46.0 signal 1 to open the parameter protection.
