GSK RMD08 robot is used in the automatic stamping line of about 1185 panels

 

 

The robot supporting stamping equipment constitutes an automatic stamping production line of around 1185 panels.

 

 

 

Procedures and processes:

 

 

 

Three GSK RMD08 four-axis robots grab the workpieces from the cutting equipment and put them into the stamping equipment for stamping in each process. Place the workpieces on the cutting conveyor line to complete the automatic stamping work.

GSK RMD08 handling robot vacuum inner container loading and unloading application

 

 

Suitable for the production of vacuum inner container workpieces of various specifications: the maximum weight is about 1.5Kg;

 

The robot grabs the inner container from the belt line and puts it in the vacuum roll welding equipment, and at the same time takes out the inner container completed by the roll welding and puts it into the automatic laser marking equipment to complete the production;
