Machine trip off or burned when stepper power on

The CNC machine trip off or burned when turn on the power of the stepper driver.

Causes:

1-      Stepper driver power cable short circuit.

Solution: fix the short circuit

2-      Too much dust come into the stepper driver.

Solution: Send back the stepper for repair, and add protection.

3-      Stepper motor is burned

Solution: Change the stepper motor.
