GSK980TDb CNC Lathe Controller User:

Good afternoon sir, our SMTCL lathe has GSK980TDb CNC system, the ball screw of X axis is 20*4, there is machining error 0.01mm for each 1mm feeding, this means the CNC system command is 10mm, but actually it moves only 9.9mm. We checked  it is not ball screw problem, how should we do with it?
