This is installation for 4 station NC turret(tool post).

1-    Drill holes in the carriage board and then put the NC turret on it.

2-    For Model LD series and LDB series tool carriages, please use minus screw driver to screw down the stifle of the tool body bearing cover.

3-    Then turn worm rod clock-wise with an inner hex wrench till the upper tool body turns 45 degrees, the mounting holes will appear.

4-    Fix the 4 station NC turret with centerline of the tool point and the main shaft of the lathe.

5-    After installation then turn on the power for first time running, if there is depress sound of the NC turret, please turn off power immediately and change the phase order of the input power.
