Based on the technical level of the industry's mainstream slow-moving wire machine tools, everyone's common understanding is: the surface roughness of one trimming is about Ra0.8μm, not to mention the thickness of 100mm.

Makino's domestically produced slow-moving wire machine U series adopts a series of latest technologies, and its processing performance has been revolutionized.
 
 
 
 
The ultra-cutting technology of the Makino U series of slow-moving wire machine tools can achieve a surface roughness of Ra0.4μm under standard processing conditions. Compared with the traditional processing mode, it achieves excellent surface roughness while reducing the number of trimming tools, using fewer threads and processing faster.
 
1) The steel can be cut once and repaired to Ra0.4μm
2) Cemented carbide can reach Ra0.34μm after one trimming

At the same time, Makino’s unique GS-Cut technology can ensure the straightness of thicker workpieces. For workpieces greater than 300mm thick, a tolerance of 5μm can be achieved with only one cut. This technology can cut straighter and more precise workpieces during rough machining, so that less material is removed from the workpiece during finishing, and higher accuracy can be obtained.
 
 
 
 
 
The U-series slow-moving wire machine also has the following main features:
 
1) High rigidity and high stability mechanical structure
Laminated mechanical structure, each axis does not interfere with each other; the worktable is fixed, and the axis movement is not affected by the weight of the workpiece; the double-end support of the ball screw ensures the stability of the transmission.
 
2) Independent control of upper and lower processing fluids
The upper and lower processing fluids are supplied by different water pumps; the upper and lower flushing water, flow and pressure are independently controlled; the water flow is digitally controlled; the processing hydraulic pressure can be excellently controlled to obtain good shape accuracy.
 
3) Pre-guided technology
The upper and lower guides ensure the vertical position of the wire, and the verticality will not be affected by the loss of the conductive block; the diamond V guide supports the wire to compress the conductive block to ensure a good conductive effect.
 
4) H.E.A.T. Technology (High Energy Application Technology)
Both sides are far away from the high-speed cutting technology, with good straightness and step size, the processing efficiency is increased by 51%, and the cost is reduced by 30%.
 
5) Condition database
The machine tool is equipped with processing parameters for a variety of materials. In addition to conventional steel parts, non-ferrous metals, and superhard materials, it is also equipped with processing parameters for materials such as aerospace materials, semiconductor PCD and SIC.
 
6) Hyperi controller is intelligent and simple
