Hi, the GSK980MDC has no response by both JOG or AUTO mode, and there is no any alarm, when we use JOG, the CNC system has coordinate figure change, but there is no any response on servo driver, no alarm code on the driver, what happened?

The cable could be broken or loose, or the driver module of the driver has been changed, you can exchange the drivers and motors between X and Z axis, and the cables, and try again, then we will know which part has problem.
