Hello, we have a machining center running with GSK218MC CNC system, and there is 1007 alarm on the system:

PLC is without communication due to the hardware fault or the system interruption error.

This alarm disappears by pressing the RESET button, but the JOG, EDIT, AUTO, MDI, COOLANT buttons are all not working, the alarm resist after restart the power, what goes wrong?
