Power turret alarms while change to the No.3 tool, no matter under Jog or MDI mode. And there is emergency alarm as well.

Normally this problem could be below reasons:

1-      The feedback cable of No.3 tool is shorted.

2-      The inductive sensor inside the power turret is shorted.

3-      The mechanical parts of the power turret stuck, causes switch trip off and then emergency alarms.

4-      Parameters of the CNC controller has mistakes.

Check step by step, we measured the resistance value of No.3 tool is different with other 3 tools, change the inductive sensor, the power turret resumed.
