The 218MC program restart function adopts a relatively concise way, because reinstalling and debugging tools is a problem often encountered in CNC machining. At this time, if reprocessing is from the beginning of the program, a large number of machining dry run toolpaths will inevitably be generated. This requires a reasonable program restart method to reduce the dry run time of program reprocessing and improve processing efficiency. The program restart function was born. The following details the operation steps and precautions of the program restart function:
01
Solve machine tool accidents. Such as changing the tool, changing the offset, and returning to the machine.
In the <Auto> mode, press the program on the panel and then start the key.
Press the program key on the operation panel to enter the program interface, then press the [Program] soft key at the bottom of the LCD screen to enter the submenu, press the [] key twice to turn to the last page of the submenu, and press the [Restart] soft key Enter the program restart interface. And record the code that the current mode is different from the preload mode. (As shown in figure 10-1-9-1).
Switch to <MDI> mode, press the [Current/Mod] soft key to enter the current mode interface, enter the corresponding modal code and M code according to the preloaded modal value in Figure 10-1-9-1.
02 Description
(1) (2) (3) in front of the coordinates in Fig. 10-1-9-1 is the movement sequence of each axis to the program restart position, and its sequence is set by the data parameter P376.
When the coordinate axis restarts the position movement, the single block is turned on, and it will stop every time the tool completes one axis movement. Cannot switch to MDI mode for intervention during execution.
Z axis movement mode can be controlled by bit parameter NO.49#0. (0: G00, 1: G01), when G00 mode is selected, the tool will move to the restart position of the program along these axes at the speed of dry run in the order specified in the parameters, and then the machining will start again.
Note 1: The operation can be performed at any place, so check whether the tool may collide with the workpiece or other objects when it is moved to the restart position of the program. If possible, move the tool to a place where no obstacles can be encountered before executing the program Start again.
Note 2: The program segment of the program restart is not necessarily the program segment that was interrupted in the middle, the operation can be restarted from any program segment. The method is the same as above, but in the fourth step of "MDI" mode, first press the direction key "" to directly define the N line number of the preload modal value, and press the "Enter" key to confirm. Then enter the current mode interface and enter the corresponding modal code and M code.
Note 3: Do not perform a reset until the execution of the restarted program segment until the restarted program is executed. Otherwise, the program must be restarted from the first step.
Note 4: If the machine tool is not equipped with an absolute position detector (absolute encoder), the reference point return must be performed before the restart after power-on.
Note 5: The program restart function does not support programs containing subprograms;
Note 6: The program restart function does not support programs with rotation, mirroring, scaling, and polar coordinate modes;
Note 7: The program restart function does not support fixed cycle programs;
Note 8: The program restart function does not support DNC online processing programs;
Note 9: The program restart function does not support macro programs (including Type A and Type B).
03 Conclusion
Through the above instructions, you can quickly understand the program restart function, effectively providing an intuitive and concise display interface. This function is used for accidents that occur when the program runs automatically, such as tool breakage, power failure, emergency stop, reset, etc. After the system eliminates the accident, the program restart function is used to return to the program breakpoint by air and continue to execute the program, thereby ensuring processing 3. Stability of debugging.
