Matching the workpiece process, the robot is docked with 3 processing equipments to realize the automatic loading and unloading of CNC machine tools.

The weight of the blank is 9kg, which replaces the heavy work of artificial time.

Using one RB50 robot, the layout of three CNC machine tools is matched with a set of loading and unloading double grippers and a set of reversing mechanism to achieve stable and efficient automatic loading and unloading operations.

Design 1 set of special loading bins and 1 set of workpiece secondary positioning tooling to realize precise positioning of automatic incoming blanks.

One robot replaces 4 manual machine loading and unloading operations, saving manpower investment;

The entire robot loading and unloading system has a compact layout, which improves the site utilization rate;

The robot has a pair of 3 character-shaped layouts, which are alternately operated, and the production beats are closely matched, and the operation is smooth;

The finished product is directly discharged to the finished material frame, which reduces the number of manual turnover operations of the workpiece.
