We are pleased hearing from you, here are the detailed information required for your attention

the spindle driver is HITACHI (SJ300), inverter SJ300-075LFU, 7.5kW/10H.P

the alarm code RTC 19 was displayed on the GSK980TDb monitor

Furthermore, during machining operation, engaging the spindle rotation through programming MDI mode, on GSK980TDb indicates that spindle is rotating, in real sense, the spindle  does not rotate and error RTC 19 pop-up. The driver is not communicating the spindle for rotation.

While operating the spindle through the inverter by pressing the buttons, the spindle responded as desired.
