Screw Thread Problem: Parameter Setting

The improper parameter setting could caused the screw thread turning.

Check below:

1-      Is the rapid moving speed set too fast?

2-      The linear acceleration-deceleration time constant is set reasonable or not?

3-      Check the lower limit value of screw thread index: X and Z axis’ acceleration-deceleration time constant.

4-      Check acceleration-deceleration time constant of feeding index.

5-      And lower limit value of feeding acceleration-deceleration index.
