We have a CNC lathe machine with GSK928TD-L controller, which is used for making same parts all the day, during the day there will be one or two times abnormal, the spindle speed will be significantly slower than normal, which caused the cutting tools broken, the material is castiron, please could you help us?

The cutting depth could be too much, please try smaller cutting depth.

If the problem is still there, then we should change AC servo motor with bigger torque.
