Spindle and coolant pump don’t work

The spindle motor and the coolant pump suddenly stop working during machining.

Try to manual start the spindle forward and turn on the coolant but no response, keep checking the spindle backward, changing tool, X and Z movements are fine.

Follow below steps:

1-      Check the I/O board of the CNC controller has problem or not?

2-      Any open circuits of the spindle and coolant pump?

3-      Any broken relay or contactor of the spindle or coolant pump?

Normally if the spindle motor and the coolant pump stop working at the same time, mostly it is wiring problem, in this case we found the public cable which controls the spindle forward and coolant pump was disconnected, put it on and the CNC machine resumed.
