Q: We have a problem of DY3E stepper driver, sometimes the lathe machine over speed a lot, after measured that the CNC system indicates movement 1mm, but it moves more like 4mm, this problem solved after we restart the CNC system, but it shows up few more days again, sometimes even 2 times a day, could you kindly check what would cause this problem on the stepper driver? Any advise? Thanks.
A: This could be the Step Angle switch problem. The switch might be loose, which cause the error.
You can check and fix the switch and try again.
