Tool cannot be removed when changing the tool

Fault phenomenon: A CNC machine tool equipped with FANUC 0MC system, model XH754, when changing the tool, the hand claw did not pull out the tool from the spindle, and an alarm occurred.

Analysis and processing process: The possible reasons why the claw cannot pull out the tool from the spindle are:

①The tool magazine cannot be extended; ②The spindle tool unclamping hydraulic cylinder does not operate; ③The tool unclamping

The organization is stuck.

Reset and eliminate the alarm: If it cannot be eliminated, power off and then power on again. Use a manual pulse generator to shake down the spindle, and use a manual tool changer to change the spindle tool. The tool cannot be pulled out, so it is suspected that there is a problem with the tool release hydraulic cylinder. Observing the back of the spindle, it was found that when the tool was released, the tool unclamping cylinder did not move, and the oil level of the gas-liquid conversion cylinder indicated no oil. The inspection found that the oil supply pipe had fallen off. , reinstall the oil supply pipe, after refueling, open the hydraulic cylinder bleed plug to deflate twice, loosen the knife and return to normal
