Tool Post(turret) sometimes does not move

Causes:

1-      The control signal of the tool post was interfered.

Solution: Make sure the CNC controller and the spindle inverter are grounding well, and connect the anti-interfere capacitance.

2-      Sometimes the tool post or turret has internal mechanical problem which caused the tool post not move.

Solution: Repair the tool post and adjust the mechanical parts.
