Was the machine normal? Or the problem come since the beginning, if it is then the servo motor might not match the servo driver, you can check the servo motor label and servo driver label. If they are not the same, you can restore the parameters of the servo driver, and if the problem is still there, we can exchange the motors of X and Z axis to find out which one has problem.
