Z axis alarm under JOG mode

Z axis alarm appeared on the CNC controller while moving the Z axis by manual, but the Z axis driver has no alarm displayed on it, other functions are fine.

If there is axis alarm on CNC controller while there is no alarm on the drivers, we could check below steps:

1-      If the cables between AC servo driver and CNC controller has problem or not?

2-      If there is any problem of the AC servo driver?

3-      Check the I/O board of the CNC controller.

In this case we found the control cable from CNC controller the Z axis AC servo driver has a problem, change it and done.
