PSM displays 7, spindle 9011 alarm

Alarm content: DC circuit voltage rises abnormally.

439 alarm: PSM DC link voltage is too high, or α, β series SVU DC link voltage is too high

Handling method:

1. Regenerative energy is too high (spindle or motor frequently accelerates and decelerates) exceeding the capacity of the unit

2. The impedance of the power supply is too high (the power grid fluctuation should not exceed 70% at maximum output)

3. PSM failure

9011 alarm:

The spindle rotates at low speed of 200rpm and presses down to stop without alarm, and the spindle rotates at high speed of 600RPM and presses down to stop alarm. At the same time, the servo also has a 439 alarm of DC link voltage being too high.

The spindle has high speed and large inertia. Parameter 4024 sets the detection range of the speed zero detection signal (SSTA). When the motor speed is less than or equal to (set data/100)% of the maximum speed, the state of SSTA (F45.1) becomes 1. The standard setting value of 4024 is 75. If the SSTA signal does not come out, the energy fed back to the power grid by the power supply unit cannot be consumed.

F45.1 zero speed signal, M05 normal stop

During emergency stop, the emergency stop cuts off the MCC circuit. The MCC is not cut off after the emergency stop is pressed, and the MCC is cut off only when F45.1 comes out.

The spindle has no dynamic braking circuit. When the belt is connected, the spindle stops slowly. It does not stop when the emergency stop is pressed. The solution is to reduce the value of 4024. The smaller the value, the better. However, when the parameter value is 0, there is no problem with braking. But F45.1 cannot come out. Because the spindle inertia is large, the energy fed back to the power grid by the power supply unit cannot be consumed.

Parameter 4024=75 is the standard setting
